Delivery Information

General time frame is 4 weeks for your order to get to you. The timing very much depends on the status of the product you ordered. If we have it in stock with a supplier near you, it could get to as quickly as 2 weeks. If the product you ordered is not in stock and needs to be made to order, it could take up to 8 weeks.

For the shipments to South Korea and Japan, kindly email to support@swaydshoes.com your shipping addresses in the Latin alphabet (English) and your local language (Korean/Japanese) to ensure smooth delivery.

Do I need to pay VAT and import duties?

We only collect VAT from customers inside the European Union. No customs duties are charged on goods crossing internal EU borders. Packages outside the European Union may be subject to applicable custom duties and VAT. Please check this information with your local authorities before making a purchase.
