Essential oils can be amazingly supportive for all aspects of a dancer’s life. Here are our favourites.

🏺 Peppermint: against muscle soreness, indigestion. For muscle soreness: massage the oil into your skin wherever you're sore. For indigestion: add one drop of peppermint essential oil to a glass of warm water or tea.

🏺 Lavender: against anxiety, stress, sleep issues. Dab a drop of oil behind each ear after a long day.

🏺 Eucalyptus: against sore throat, cough, cold. Take a large bowl of hot water and mix in 10 to 15 drops of the oil. Position your face over the bowl, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam for 10 minutes.

Actually there are dozens of essential oils that may be use in so many ways... For example, you may:
🔶 make a spray with an anti-bacterial oil like Lavender, Tea Tree, or Lemon to use in dance shoes and bags.
🔶 put some oil on your feet to help them to stay fresh and feel light.
🔶 add a drop of Peppermint or Citrus in your water for a refreshing kick.
