Return and Exchange Policy
1. Customers may return items, in most cases, for refund minus shipping costs.
2. Custom items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
3. Refunds or exchanges MUST be requested immediately after receiving the package. Requests must be made to us within 14 days after the items are successfully delivered to the customer.
4. Customers MUST ship the items back with tracking numbers. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item(s) are defective. **
5. Refunds or exchanges will not be given on any merchandise that is used, worn or altered.
6. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization (RMA number).
7. Packages returned to us without authorization will not be processed.
8. Refunds (minus shipping fee) will be transferred back to your account once the package is received and checked that items are in like-new, resalable condition.
9. We will be glad to exchange sizes in same style and same color.
**In the case of defective items, please contact us with pictures of the items and we will arrange for return/replacement.
