Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange your shoes, please choose the appropriate way to do it, according to where you bought your shoes from:

  • If you purchased online from this website:
    Please go to “My account”, then to “Orders” and click on the “Exchange” or “Refund” button next to your order
  • If you purchased from a retail location, event, agent or online from the previous website, please fill in the appropriate form below:
    • Refund
    • Exchange
  • Send the unworn merchandise in its original box to one of our warehouses (mail us and we’ll send you an address of nearest warehouse)
    Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return. Your purchase (less any shipping charges) will be refunded to your card within 14 business days after the package was received by our manager in warehouse.
